Option 1: Bring our self sustained food truck to your event. All we require is level ground to park on.  Service will be from our food truck window directly to your guests. Price varies per plate $13 - $18 depending on your meat choices.  Obviously brisket will cost you more than pulled pork for example. This option includes one meat, slaw, sauces & one side of your choice.  You may choose more than one option for your guests.  We are flexible and want your special day/event to make everyone happy.  

Option 2: Hot or Cold delivery on the date of your choice.  There is a $40 delivery fee for this option.  Prices are listed above by the pound.  We will help you decide how many pounds of meat and sides you may need for your particular event if needed.

Deposit of 50% of total due at the time of reservation.
Remainder due 7 days before event. Deposit is non-refundable.
